Fee Analysis
Understanding retirement plan fees is one of the most challenging responsibilities a retirement plan sponsor has to do. While most fees must be disclosed, these disclosures are often confusing and are rarely summarized in one place. Regardless, as fiduciaries, plan sponsors have the responsibility that all plan fees are reasonable and appropriate. Not just the fees paid by the sponsor, but fees passed on to plan participants as well.
JIC's fee evaluation is designed, in an easy to follow format, to describe the fees paid by a plan sponsor and participants. In addition, JIC will provide its assessment on the appropriateness of the fees.
